Our hire charges are highly competitive for central London. We offer special weekly rates to theatrical production company rehearsals and a discount to bona fide charities with no commercial agenda. This discount is at the discretion of St Mary Abbots PCC. For our hire rates, please contact the Hall Manager by email HERE.
We have two available rooms for hire, the Long Room and The Theatre. It is possible to book also the kitchen and occasionally the foyer, depending on other events held in the building at the date of booking, for an additional charge. Weekend bookings incur an extra cost.
To find out if the date you require is available please talk to the hall manager who will send you a contract for the use of our rooms, which has a number of terms and conditions regarding payment:
The Long Room
A non refundable deposit of 25% shall be taken on agreement of the booking dates.
Full payment is required within one week before the event.
The Theatre
A non refundable deposit of 25% shall be taken on agreement of the booking dates.
Full payment is required within one month of the event.
Cancellation charges
For all bookings, the following cancellation charges will apply:
